Accommodations & Fees

Tidewater Way affords great flexibility in planning the length of your stay for either a personal retreat or a small group retreat for groups up to fourteen.  We suggest a phone call to discuss how we may assist you in your decision-making.

OUR GUESTHOUSES

All three guesthouses have full kitchens, full baths and living spaces.  You may view the three guesthouses by clicking on the "Take a Tour" tab at the top of the page.

The Cape

The Cape is a very comfortable one-story house for two guests. With two bedrooms (one with a queen and one with a twin bed), there are two full baths. There are also two working fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the kitchen. The house faces south, so it is a wonderful place to come in the winter. The office of Tidewater Way is located just inside the main door of this building.

The Apartment

The Cape Apartment looks out over a field of apple trees, often visited by grazing deer in the fall.  This guesthouse has three bedrooms, each with two twin beds.  Two of the bedrooms have adjoining full baths and the other has a half-bath.  A unique feature of this space is the large country kitchen, with an adjacent sunroom facing east that is a wonderful place to begin the day.

The Barn

The Barn offers a spacious upstairs apartment with a bedroom with a queen bed and a futon in the living room.  The large windows and skylights bring the outside into this serene "tree house."  Following a renovation to the downstairs in 2010, there is a bedroom with four twin beds and two full baths at the back of the building.  The front houses All Saints' Chapel and a gathering room that can be used for small group meetings

WORKSHOPS & SABBATICALS

Tidewater Way is also available to small group workshops during the day and for those who might consider longer stays, such as sabbaticals.

FEES

The fee is $60 per night per person and $25 for children under 18.  Each cottage has provisions for breakfast during your stay.

THE BISHOP JAMES MOODEY SCHOLARSHIP FUND

The Bishop James Moodey Scholarship Fund, given in memory of the late Episcopal Bishop of Ohio, is available to clergy and seminarians in order to cover expenses at Tidewater Way.
